1. People with severe pain in their ears already, please see your doctor first. I can clean your ears, but it will give you extra pain during the procedure. No pain, no gain.

2. People with low pain threshold, please do not expect miracle from me, I will try my best to clean your ears with minimum discomfort.

3. I can clean a 3 years old ears with ease if the kid can stay still. I can not do a 60 years old if he/she move head around.

4. Ear wax cleaning procedure carries a big risk of damaging your eardrum if the wax is deep and close to your eardrum. Once I identify the risk, I will let you know and stop the procedure.
