We recently received a one-star review, and I wanted to take the time to respond. In the interest of transparency and helping my customers with similar issues in the future, I've included my response below:
- People with severe pain in their ears already, please see your doctor first. I can clean your ears, but it will give you extra pain during the procedure. No pain, no gain.
- People with low pain threshold, please do not expect miracle from me, I will try my best to clean your ears with minimum discomfort.
- I can clean a 3 years old ears with ease if the kid can stay still. I can not do a 60 years old if he/she move head around.
- Ear wax cleaning procedure carries a big risk of damaging your eardrum if the wax is deep and close to your eardrum. Once I identify the risk, I will let you know and stop the procedure.
